The Spray Foam Roofing System (Polyurethane Foam Roofing System) is used for new roofs or application over existing roofs. Can be used to replace tar and gravel as well as most other roofing systems.

Urecoat UC-540 Aluminum Polymer Coating is applied over Urecoat's UC-730 Spray Foam (Spray-on Polyurethane Foam or SPF) to form a superior advanced roofing system that will seal and protect the roof. The result is a stable, seamless corrosion and solar shield. Maintenance is easy and low cost. Damage to the roofing system can be easily repaired without compromising the integrity of the roof.

The Urecoat Spray Foam Roofing System includes preparation of the substrate, as well as the application of the foam and the elastomeric (UC-540) polymer aluminum coating. This polymer coating produces as weather resistant surface that can be walked upon for normal maintenance and resists weather elements such as UV exposure.

  • Spray foam can be used on new roofs as well as reroofing projects. It can be used on surfaces wether the are flat, pitched, domed, metal, wood, concrete, etc.
  • Sprayed Polyurethane roofing foam can be applied to surfaces with irregular shapes and penetrations. It is especially suited for roofing, as many applications can be made over the existing roof. This can eliminate the need of costly tear-off of the old roof.
• Minimizes ponding water – A unique advantages of spray polyurethane roofing foam system is the ability to slope existing roof to allow ponding water to be redirected to drains by adding an increased thickness in low areas. This means that each roof can be individually designed to meet the customers needs.
• Flexible – Polyurethane roofing foam has the ability to withstand the strain of normal expansion and contraction of a structure without affecting the ability to remain adhered and sealed, protecting the structure from outside elements. It withstands high wind stress.
• Seamless – Spray foam roofing is a seamless system. There are no seams or joints to allow water, heat or air to enter the building through the roofing system. Regardless of the building size or shape there will be no seams.
• Self-Flashing – Due to the ability of spray-in-place polyurethane foam to conform to whatever surface it is applied to, spray foam roofing is ideal for flashing parapet walls, roof penetrations, and roof mounted equipment; such as HVAC equipment, vent stacks, pipes, skylights, etc. The self-flasing ability of spray foam roofing eliminated many roof leaks caused by faulty flashing.
• Water & Air Tight - Spray foam 3 pound density roofing foam is a closed cell structure of polyurethane foam resists the penetration of water and air.
• Stops Leaks and is Weather Resistance – A seamless layer of 3 pound density roofing foam is fully adhered to the substrate, no mater whether it is horizontal or vertical.
• Provides Superior Insulating Effeciency – Sprayed polyurethane foam is the most effecient foam of thermal barrier commercially available. The system pays for iteself in 3 to 6 years in energy savings alone.
