The SPF Roofing System is a combination of a 3 lb. polyurethane roofing foam and the aluminium polyurea membrane.
The membrane is applied over the foam to protect from deterioration from the weather and outdoor elements. Due to its suspended aluminium particles within the membrane, it is a highly reflective top-coat that reflects the UV rays to protect your roof from deterioration or delaminating.
The aluminium membrane has elastomer properties enabling it to seal all cracks and crevices forming an airtight, seamless barrier that prevents leaking.
Urecoat’s aluminium polyurea is incredibly lightweight, reducing the risk of a sagging roof, but highly durable to allow for walking on.
