Industrial corrosion protection – Specializing in professional coating solutions for the food industry UC901 is a specialty polyurethane coating formulated specifically for the food processing industry. UC901 properties are not prone to the cracking and peeling often associated with conventional paints and epoxies. UC901 is applied at temperatures of 190 degrees, creating a permanent bond that withstands any of today’s chemicals and acids commonly used in the food processing industry. UC901 is resilient, taking the shape of the surface it is applied to allowing successful coverage on even the roughest surfaces. UC901 is sprayed onto the surface ensuring that all fastenings and fittings are sealed in a seamless coating. This prevents dirt and impurities from being trapped in the cracks and seams which is often a problem when sheeting walls and ceilings air and water tight.
